These Terms & Disclaimer (“Terms”) govern your use of mrventpro.com (the “Site”), operated by MRV Venture Solutions LLC (“MRV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. MRV’s role
MRV provides business-to-business marketing, lead-generation, informational, and referral services. MRV may introduce business users to independent third-party providers of business funding or payment-processing services.
MRV is not a lender, bank, financial institution, loan broker, underwriter, loan servicer, payment processor, acquiring bank, payment facilitator, or merchant-services provider. MRV does not make credit decisions, arrange or negotiate financing terms, process transactions, manage chargebacks, collect borrower fees, or receive, hold, or transmit customer or merchant funds.
2. No financial, legal, or tax advice
Site content is provided for general informational and referral purposes only. It is not financial, credit, legal, accounting, tax, compliance, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals regarding your circumstances before making business or financial decisions.
3. No guarantee of approval or results
MRV does not guarantee eligibility, approval, funding, funding amount, rate, fee, repayment term, timing, savings, processing approval, equipment, account setup, or any other result. Independent providers and their funding sources or service partners determine all eligibility, underwriting, pricing, terms, conditions, and availability. Any examples on the Site are illustrative and are not offers or promises.
4. Independent providers and external links
The Site may link to websites operated by independent providers. Those providers are separate businesses and are solely responsible for their applications, evaluations, underwriting, products, services, contracts, disclosures, privacy, security, customer support, and performance. When you leave the Site, the third party’s terms and privacy policy apply. MRV does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites or services.
5. Referral compensation
MRV may receive marketing, referral, commission, or residual compensation from an independent provider when a referred business completes a qualifying action or obtains a product or service. This compensation does not guarantee that any product is appropriate for you or that you will be approved. Review all provider disclosures and agreements carefully.
6. User responsibilities
Provide accurate information to any independent provider;
Review rates, fees, terms, contracts, disclosures, and privacy practices before accepting a product or service;
Use the Site only for lawful business purposes; and
Do not submit sensitive financial or identity information through the MRV contact form.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its original text, design, branding, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to MRV and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site for your internal business use but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Site content without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MRV does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose, or that information will always be complete or current.
9. Limitation of liability
